Project experience

These experiences are part of our professional background.

01

Public affairs strategies

In advocacy projects, the challenges included connecting business agendas with issues of public interest. The work brought together technical arguments, communications and engagement with associations and other relevant audiences to support informed dialogue on public policy.

In sensitive corporate situations, the challenge was to coordinate communications and institutional engagement. The work combined stakeholder mapping, message alignment and spokesperson preparation to support the management of reputational impacts.

02

Market access

In different projects involving access to regulated markets, the challenges included creating opportunities for solutions to be adopted in public services. The work combined public policy analysis, technical arguments and dialogue with specialists, associations and government representatives.

This experience also spans public procurement intelligence, identification of opportunities arising from public policies, and connections with businesses and associations in local value chains to support market entry and business development in Brazil.

03

Projects to develop and strengthen institutional and government relations capabilities included professional training, methodologies, routines and information flows to improve management, delivery and coordination across teams.
